Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

This page explains which cookies and similar storage technologies agres.jewelry uses, why, and how you can manage your consent. It complements our Privacy Policy.

01 — What cookies and local storage are

A cookie is a small text file the site stores in your browser. We also use the browser's localStorage — a similar storage mechanism that works the same way, locally on your device. Both let the site "remember" you across pages and visits.

02 — Strictly necessary

These enable the site's basic functions and don't require consent — without them, the cart and account area won't work.

agres_token — the authentication token that keeps you signed in to your account.

agres_session — the cart session token, linking your cart contents to your browser before you sign in.

agres_checkout_form — a locally saved draft of the checkout form, so you don't lose what you typed if a tab closes unexpectedly.

agres_pending_payments — a local record of payments in progress, needed to show the correct order status after you return from the Monobank payment page.

agres_cookie_consent — your choice about analytics and advertising cookies, described below.

03 — Analytics and advertising

These are only set after you give consent in the site's banner.

Google Analytics 4 (cookies prefixed _ga) — collects anonymized traffic statistics: which pages are viewed, for how long, from which device — so we understand what's working and what to improve.

Meta Pixel (the _fbp cookie) — measures the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook and Instagram and helps show relevant ads.

If you don't respond or you decline, these scripts never load at all — no request is ever sent to Google or Meta.

04 — How we get your consent

On your first visit, a small banner appears with two equally weighted choices — Accept and Decline. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (agres_cookie_consent) along with the date and time, and the banner won't appear again.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser settings — the banner will reappear on your next visit.

Strictly necessary cookies operate regardless of this choice, since the site can't function correctly without them.

05 — Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies in their privacy settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may break the cart or account sign-in.
