02 — What data we collect
We only collect what's genuinely needed to process your order, communicate with you, and run the site.
Order and account data — name, phone number, email address, shipping address (Nova Poshta branch or address).
Payment data — payments are processed through Monobank (Monobank Acquiring / plata by mono). We never see, receive, or store your card details — all payment processing happens on Monobank's side under the PCI DSS standard.
Technical data and cookies — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time of visit — collected automatically via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Pixel for site analytics and relevant advertising.
Correspondence — if you email or message us, we keep that correspondence to respond properly and maintain a record of your inquiry.
We do not collect health data, religious beliefs, or other special-category data, and we do not knowingly process children's data — the site is intended for adult users.
03 — Why we process your data
Placing and fulfilling orders, delivery, returns — on the basis of contract performance (Civil Code of Ukraine, Art. 638; Law "On Electronic Commerce").
Order-status communication, responding to inquiries — on the basis of contract performance or legitimate interest.
Issuing fiscal receipts, accounting records — on the basis of compliance with a legal obligation (Tax Code of Ukraine).
Site analytics (GA4) and advertising (Meta Pixel) — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Newsletters and personalized offers — on the basis of your separate, freely given consent.
Fraud prevention and site security — on the basis of legitimate interest.
04 — Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with parties directly involved in fulfilling your order.
Nova Poshta — name, phone, and shipping address needed to deliver your parcel.
Monobank — data required to process payment (your card details are entered directly with Monobank and never pass through us).
Google (Google Analytics 4) and Meta (Meta Pixel) — anonymized or pseudonymized technical data for analytics and advertising. These services may transfer data to servers outside Ukraine, within Google's or Meta's own infrastructure.
Government authorities — only where required by applicable Ukrainian law.
We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your separate consent.
05 — Cookies
The site uses cookies: strictly necessary — for the shopping cart, login, and saving your preferences; analytics (Google Analytics 4) — to understand how visitors use the site; advertising (Meta Pixel) — to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram and measure their effectiveness.
Ukrainian law currently does not set out specific cookie-banner requirements. You can always limit or block cookies in your browser settings, and on the site we provide a banner letting you accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
06 — How long we keep your data
We keep order data for as long as needed to fulfil the contract, honor warranty claims, and meet tax and accounting requirements — typically at least three years after the transaction is completed. Analytics data is retained per the relevant service's settings (typically up to 14 months in GA4). Once the purpose for processing has ended, data is deleted or anonymized.
07 — Your rights
Under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI, you have the right to: know what data of yours is being processed and for what purpose; access your data; request correction of inaccurate data; withdraw consent at any time; request deletion of your data where there is no legal basis for continued retention; object to processing for marketing purposes; lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
To exercise any of these rights, write to agres.jewelry@gmail.com.
08 — Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures — HTTPS encryption, restricted database access, trusted payment providers — to protect your data from loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure. That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet is ever 100% secure.
09 — Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy — for example, if the law changes or we add new services to the site. The current version, with its update date, is always available on this page. We'll flag material changes separately, for example via a site banner.
